A Borrowed Day

Central → West Kowloon, Hong Kong · 9:21 AM – 6:02 PM

They say a city keeps everyone it has raised. I went to see if Hong Kong would tell me about her: eight hours and forty-one minutes, and by evening the harbour still hadn't finished the sentence.

In Levels

( about )

I’m Isabella Zhou. Photography lends me wings toward a dreamland I haven’t found yet, and these journals are what I carry back from the flights. This one is a rereading: the city and I had met before, and I came back to listen more closely. Kept on a Fujifilm X-E5 with one 23mm lens.
